Educational equity means that every child receives whatever she/he/they need to develop her/his/their full academic and social emotional potential and to thrive, every day. At School Works, we believe that educational equity can be achieved when teachers have a clear understanding of what it looks like, as well as are provided with tools for success. Whether through whole school professional development workshops, small learning groups, or one-to-one coaching, we help teachers:

Create common definitions of educational equity that is understood by all stakeholders within a school community
Define indicators of equitable classrooms and identify practices that lead to inequities
Learn academic and social emotional practices that allow all children to reach their full potential
